This program is designed to teach young students to focus on specific task, enhances their ability to exercise and follow directions all while having fun. The student learns to positively interact with others and develop playmates.
This program is suited for a beginning student to learn basic Karate techniques, Kata movements and self-defense techniques. The student’s training will include exercise to build strength and stamina.
Our classes are designed to start the student slowly and build on their physical fitness successes. The students will discover themselves having more focus at school and work in addition to having more physical coordination. The training will foster self-confidence and self-Esteem.
